Job Description
- Able to identify leads or potential customers to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Willingness and ability to constantly achieve target.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the product to provide complete information to the customers.
- Communicate with internal departments and external parties, ensure smooth execution.
- Implementing the relevant sales strategies and conducting outlet survey through understanding the trends and customers' needs.
- Drive business growth by capitalizing on opportunities to upsell to existing clients and expanding our client base.
- Foster new client relationships through proactive engagement.
- Provide consistent follow-up and premium service to clients.
Job Requirements
- Quick to learn and readily adaptable to changes in operational processes.
- Bilingual in Malay and English.
- Recent graduates with a strong desire to earn money will be taken into account.
- Exceptional customer service and sales abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Capable of working under pressure.
