We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Executive (Medical Device) to join our growing team. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or individuals starting their career in the healthcare industry . No prior medical device sales experience is required — comprehensive product training, sales coaching, and hands-on guidance will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Sales Executive (Medical Device), you will support our healthcare customers and introduce medical solutions that improve patient care.

Your responsibilities include:

• Engage with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, sleep laboratories, and customers to introduce Pneumedic's range of medical devices.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with doctors, nurses, healthcare teams, and patients.
• Assist in product demonstrations, device setup, user training, and patient education sessions.
• Support healthcare education activities such as product presentations, workshops, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) events under the guidance of senior team members.
• Learn and understand medical device functions, applications, and clinical benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
• Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customers receive proper product support.
• Assist in customer visits, business development activities, and expanding Pneumedic' s presence in the healthcare community.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, activities, and sales updates.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Nursing, Healthcare, Sales & Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome — prior medical device sales experience is not required.
• Comprehensive training will be provided.
• Nurses and candidates with healthcare backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Interested in medical technology, healthcare, and improving patient outcomes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn, adaptable, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must possess own reliable transport (car) and a valid driving license.
• Willing to travel for customer visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, and healthcare events .
