Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Responsible for delivering an operable, safe and reliable operation and maintenance of Track Transit

System in accordance with the specified maintenance standards and quality.

Essential Position Functions

• Liaise with TTS O&M Executive on any emergency and proposed works to be carried out to minimize
• disruption to airport operation.
• Plan, manage and supervise the daily works and preventive maintenance carried out by technician to
• ensure the works done are according to the specified maintenance standards and quality.
• Plan, manage and review the plan preventive maintenance and repairs works according to the specified
• maintenance standards.
• Assist the O&M Executive on the planning, managing and supervising of the career development
• program of the Track Transit System unit as well as developing technically competent personnel.
• Inspect, monitor and provide technical advice on the operating and maintenance of the Track Transit
• System unit as well developing technically competent personnel.
• Carry out all plan preventive maintenance of the Track Transit System.
• Trouble shooting on problems and execute necessary repair in the event system breakdown.
• Inspect, verify of all works, repairs, operational and plan preventive maintenance carried out by technician under supervision.
• Implementation and ensure TTS documentation for ISO 9001 Certification namely unitâs SOP, checklist and forms are being complied and kept the records.
• Other works instructed by the superior from time to time.

Relevant Industries

Internal

• Certificate/STPM with minimum 5 years relevant experience
• SPM with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Must achieve and maintain the following performance rating for two (2) consecutive years of at least Exceptional / A or Outstanding / B; and Minimum Meet Expectations / C
• The employee must not be subjected to disciplinary punishments except for disciplinary counseling, caution, reminder & warning for the past 36 consecutive months immediately preceding the promotion

External

• At least 3 Principals
• CGPA 2.8

Education

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical / Electronic)
• Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical / Electronic)
