Job Summary
Maintain effective communication with branches / Dealers and WTCA / Principal. Monitor and improve after sales operation, warranty, parts & service performance. Ensure all warranty procedures is in accordance with principal guidelines. To resolve branches, dealers' complaint issue within acceptable timeframe. Job Responsibilities:
Maintain effective communication with branches / Dealers and WTCA / Principal. Monitor and improve after sales operation, warranty, parts & service performance. Ensure all warranty procedures is in accordance with principal guidelines. To resolve branches, dealers' complaint issue within acceptable timeframe. Job Responsibilities:
- To establish, manage and coordinate proper aftersales SOP and processes, i.e. service administrations, customer database maintenance, warranty process, overall aftersales operation management, etc.
- To be responsible to deal with the customers' complaints and act as the window person to deal with Principle's technical team to resolve technical issues in order to meet the customer's satisfaction
- To monitor and ensure timely submission of warranty claims
- To monitor, coordinate and ensure sufficient spare parts supply
- To be flexible in job function and perform any other reasonable duties/ad-hoc task which assigned to you.
- Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree of Engineering or any related fields.
- Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales.
- Prior experience in technical support, customer service, or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
