Project Title: Tester Conversion activities study

Description: To study Tester conversion timing and frequency per week

Scope:

1. Engage with manufacturing team to study and evaluate the actual timing for each tester conversion
2. Data collection and analysis during Tester conversion

Supporting Team: Manufacturing Team, Engineering Team

Deliverables:

1. Able to summarize Tester conversion activities by product
2. Result from the conversion timing via line observation

Stretch Goal: Involve in actual Testers conversion activities; Improve the conversion time vs. POR target
