Quality Control Executive

This job is for a Quality Control Executive who will supervise and manage the quality control process, ensure GMP and HACCP procedures are followed, and maintain quality inspection systems. You might like this job because it involves continuous improvement and problem-solving in quality aspects.

Job Description

• To supervise and manage on-line quality control process and quality management system of goods.
• Continuous line improvement on process flow and working method.
• To ensure GMP and HACCP procedure is followed and implemented, and all documents are recorded and updated.
• To assist in Halal Certification as and when required.
• Ensure the entire quality is under department objective.
• Liaise with other departments in any issue related to quality aspects.
• Participate in internal and external complaint or quality issue solving.
• Ensure the entire quality inspection systems are maintained and container inspection is in order.
• To monitor control measures and correction actions.
• Ensure all inspection, measuring and testing equipment are correctly controlled, calibrated, and maintained.
• Establish and maintain quality control and assurance for the manufacturing process including incoming raw materials testing, in-process testing till final inspection.

Job Requirements

• Possess minimum Degree in Food Science & Technology.
• 2-3 years relevant working experience in the related field in food manufacturing environment.
• Possess positive attitude, self-motivated, and self-disciplined.
• Able to work independently and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to perform shift work.
