Product Strategy & Innovation
- Engineer breakthrough credit scoring models by analyzing data patterns, refining risk assessment methodologies, and optimizing lending decisions to maximize approval rates while minimizing defaults
- Design compelling debt features including competitive interest rate structures, flexible repayment terms, and innovative collateral arrangements that attract both borrowers and investors
- Work across cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, marketing, customer support, account managers etc.
- Master the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring products meet market needs while maintaining profitability and risk management standards
- Own comprehensive go-to-market strategies including pricing models, distribution channels, customer acquisition tactics, and competitive positioning
Market Research & Strategy Execution
- Drive data-driven market research to identify underserved segments, analyze competitor offerings, and uncover opportunities in Malaysia's debt financing landscape
- Become the authoritative voice on debt product performance by tracking key metrics, analyzing customer behavior, and continuously optimizing product features
- Build strategic partnerships with credit bureaus, financial institutions, and technology providers to enhance credit assessment capabilities

What You Bring to the Table
Essential Excellence
- 3-5 years of product management experience with proven background in credit assessment, debt products, or lending operations
- Credit scoring and risk assessment expertise including hands-on experience with credit models, data analysis, and underwriting methodologies
- Deep understanding of debt markets including interest rate structures, repayment mechanisms, collateral management, and portfolio risk optimization
- Go-to-market mastery with demonstrated success in launching financial products, developing pricing strategies, and driving market adoption
- Analytical superpowers using tools like SQL, Python, Excel, or statistical software for credit data analysis and model development
- Stakeholder management excellence with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus on complex financial products
- Customer obsession with track record of translating borrower and investor needs into successful debt product features
