Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (Sublimation Jersey Printing) Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Identify new prospects (individuals, schools, clubs, sports teams, organizations).
- Follow up with leads and existing customers via WhatsApp, calls, social media, or email.
- Handle closing sales – from inquiry to order confirmation.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable packages/designs.
- Record and update customer information in the system or Google Sheets.
- Manage customer orders and payments until the production process.
- Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat orders.
- Assist the marketing team in creating promotional content (photos, videos, captions, testimonials).
- Post regularly on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan monthly promotional campaigns – discounts, combos, giveaways, etc.
- Identify current market trends and customer demands (e.g. sports season, family day, automotive clubs).
- Collect and analyze customer data – most active customer segments, design preferences, peak seasons.
- Contribute ideas for themed jersey promotions (e.g. Merdeka, Ramadan, school events, etc.).
- Maintain the company’s brand image across all digital platforms.
- Aged 21 – 26
- Highly motivated and love challenges
- Confident, well-spoken, and comfortable dealing with customers
- Interested in sales and marketing
- Goal-oriented with a mindset to achieve targets and monthly bonuses
- Able to work in a team and independently when needed
- Fresh graduates are welcome – training will be provided!
