Job Responsibility
- Conducting cost estimation for construction projects
- Preparing tender documents and bills of quantities
- Monitoring project costs and ensuring adherence to budgets
- Variation Order evaluation
- Site checking
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in quantity surveying
- Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
