Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Finance Specialist to join our signboard manufacturing team. The Finance Specialist will play a key role in managing financial operations, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to financial management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to assess the company's financial performance.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to develop accurate revenue and expense forecasts.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity and optimize cash management strategies.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, summarizing key financial metrics and insights.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation of tax filings, including income tax returns, sales tax returns, and other regulatory filings.
  • Support strategic financial initiatives, such as capital investment decisions, cost reduction efforts, and business expansion plans.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial performance.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and budgeting techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
