The Sales Admin will play a key role in supporting our sales team by managing administrative
tasks, coordinating cross-border sales processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
You will collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to handle customer inquiries,
maintain accurate records, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks including preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining sales records.
- Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate information on orders, logistics, and product details.
- Order Management: Oversee order processing, tracking, and delivery to ensure timely completion of transactions.
- Coordination: Liaise with internal departments, such as logistics and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
- Documentation: Prepare necessary documents for customs clearance, trade export processes, and logistics coordination.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Sales Reporting: Assist in generating sales reports, tracking key metrics, and ensuring data accuracy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales administration, customer support, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Proficiency in Canva is a plus.
- Knowledge of cross-border eCommerce, customs, or logistics is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
