PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivering a professional and consistent service to stakeholders in resolving inquiries related to Finance functions and enhance the effectiveness of the team.
• Assist in creating and implementing relevant financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Consistently meets customer service standards by addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve non-routine or complex issues and escalations efficiently.
• Engage with team members to fulfil team requirements by fostering collaboration and effective communication.
• Regularly communicate with overseas customers via Teams and email on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Prepare daily KPI reports, monitor team backlog, prepare monthly headcount reports, and ensure processes align with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB

• Familiar with SAP ECC as well as Freight Forwarding operations.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork, coupled with the ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Possesses analytical skills with attention to detail, along with the capacity for motivation, team building, and influence in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies or equivalent.
• Previous International logistics experience a benefit.
