主要職責
客戶服務管理
- 領導和管理售後支援團隊，提供優質的客戶服務。
- 處理升級的客戶投訴，並確保及時解決。
- 監測客戶滿意度並實施改善措施。
- 建立長期的客戶關係，以提高客戶忠誠度和留存率。
服務營運
- 監督維修、保養、保固和退貨（RMA）流程。
- 確保服務請求在約定的服務等級協定（SLA）範圍內完成。
- 制定和改善售後服務政策、流程和工作流程。
- 監控服務週轉時間（TAT）和生產效率。
保固和技術支援
- 管理保固索賠
- 與技術支援團隊協調進行產品故障排除和維修。
- 分析反覆出現的技術問題並提出糾正措施建議。
零售店支持
- 為零售據點提供售後服務流程和客戶問題解決方案支援。
- 與門市經理協調，確保服務標準的一致性。
- 監控多家零售網點的服務績效。
- 確保服務櫃檯人員配備充足，設備齊全。
庫存和備件管理
- 管理備件庫存，確保供應充足。
- 與採購部門和供應商協調庫存補貨事宜。
- 在保持服務效率的同時，最大限度地減少過時庫存。
跨職能協作
- 與銷售、零售營運、物流、採購和技術團隊緊密合作。
- 必要時協調產品召回和服務活動。
- 將客戶回饋提供給產品管理和供應商，以提高產品品質。
