Job Responsibility
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Assisting the Forwarding Executive in preparation of import and export shipping documents and schedule of shipments
- Make a booking for export, Issue Export Booking confirmation to the customer
- Manage and monitor daily shipments and update customers for all deliveries timely
- Ensure all documentation is being filed in a proper manner
- Liaise with all parties for shipment arrangements and handle complaints via email or phone
- Proven customer/ operation support experience
- Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience in customs clearance is an advantage
- Basic Salary RM1,900-RM2,200 + Other Allowances + SOCSO, EPF & EIS
