Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. To assist Contract Manager to carry out Pre-Contract and Post-Contract activities in compliance to Company Standard Operation Procedure.
2. Manage, monitor, coordinate and control overall costing and budget.
3. Able to carry out measurement and taking-off quantities.
4. Able to handle tendering and obtain quotations.
5. Evaluate and manage Sub-Contractors progress claim and final account.
6. Any other duties and responsibilities assign by direct Superior.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
4. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
