- Present the product and conduct demonstrations to interested prospects, telling and selling Kalebr’s story;
- Be an expert in education communities and leverage them to start conversations;
- Have a finger on the pulse of the current trends and needs of teachers, and school management;
- Manage individuals and schools with interest in Kalebr products;
- Be a happy and friendly asset for Kalebr by proactively engaging, meeting and wowing prospective customers;
- Identify, engage, develop and maintain a network of active and high-value influencers in the industry;
- Build an on and offline community around Kalebr that fosters trust and influence;
- Develop and present professional development initiatives around Kalebr’s products and interests;
- Share best practices, experiences, and knowledge to team;
- Lead relationship management by being a trusted advisor to current and potential educators;
- Take an entrepreneurial approach to building Kalebr’s network of educators and industry thought leaders;
- Be full of beans and champion of the Kalebr brand and product in a wide range of scenarios;
- Work closely with sales, marketing and development to ensure a seamless brand.
Requirements:
- Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills;
- Positive attitude, confident, and desire to be the best;
- Willingness to get hands dirty and do whatever it takes;
- Deep empathy, and ability to effectively communicate Kalebr’s brand and vision to customers;
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to multi-task, and strong attention to detail;
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new tools and processes;
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial skillset, with happiness;
- Experience building relationships with professionals (C-suite, VP-level, principals etc.) of varying levels;
- Curiosity in emerging technology trends and education;
- Ability to think on feet to creatively solve potential customer’s needs;
- Previous experience in educational programming and events a plus;
- University graduate;
