Our company is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with online marketing team to maximize online marketing campaigns;
- Create content marketing strategies online, videos and graphics;
- Design and maintain social media presence;
- Manage email and planning social media marketing campaigns;
- Assist customer inquiries;
- Regularly report on account performance, interpretation of data, and actionable plans based on findings;
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience;
- Analyze data and manage budgets, pacing and performance;
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.);
- Identify and present new opportunities and areas of growth that will improve digital media ROI;
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.);
- Test the performance of ad creatives, ad copy, landing page design, and other campaign elements to improve results;
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers;
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website;
- Acquiring insight in online marketing trends and keeping strategies up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Preferably with any related work experience in Digital Marketing;
- Above average project management, strategy, judgment and analytical skills;
- Must have familiarity with the upscale market, ideally in the property sector/real estate;
- Social media Management;
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in online marketing;
- Sales and Marketing Knowledge;
- Proficient in graphic design and video editing;
- Above average English communication skills;
- Experience in related field is an advantage but not required;
- Possesses great oral and written communications skills;
- Proficient using the Internet, especially Facebook, email and other social media marketing. Technical skills preferred; programming background;
- Proficient in content marketing;
- Quick to learn marketing automation software;
- Able to handle multiple priorities;
- Bachelor’s degree preferably Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management and related courses.
