Our company is looking for a Yacht Club Guest Service Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Performs all necessary administrative tasks;
- Welcomes guests with a warm and friendly disposition, making them feel at ease;
- Answers phone calls and attends to guests’ requests in a professional and timely manner;
- Provides information and general assistance to guests;
- Manages a variety of financial transactions: cash deposit in guest’s account, credit card transactions and he/she is responsible of a cash float;
- Handles guests’ complaints immediately.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Fidelio System;
- High School certificate;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Teamwork in a multicultural environment;
- Impeccable grooming;
- Experience as Guest Service Agent/Concierge in luxury resorts and/or cruise ships;
- Excellent communication and customer care skills;
- valid passport;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Publisher.
