Our company is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team.

Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements;
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback;
Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives;
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders;
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets;
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks;
Conduct an ongoing user research;
Executing interaction design with emphasis on UX workflow;
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas;
Designing interface for web, mobile (iOS, Android) and tablet;
Collaborate with all divisions to produce work that meet their objectives;
Work with the writer to generate creative ideas;
Connects the dots between business needs, innovation and good design;
Develop engaging visuals that is market-driven across all communication platforms (digital and print media);
Test designs and turn interfaces into rich user experiences.

Knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage;
Must be creative, organised, efficient, detail-oriented and able to multitask;
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps;
Knowledge of UI testing is preferred;
Must have a good analytical mind and seek continuous self-improvement;
International experience preferred (either employment or studied abroad);
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping;
Willing to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand;
Knowledgeable in user-centered design principles and methodologies;
Confidence in communicating in English;
A passion for photography, typography, illustration and editorial design;
Portfolio (Needs to be sent with the CV);
Mac experience along with relevant software i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, In-Design etc;
At least 3 years of professional design experience ;
With at least 5 years relevant working experience.
