Our company is looking for a ui/ux designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets;
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders;
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images;
  • Testing UI;
  • Illustrate design ideas using user experience journeys, storyboards, process flows and sitemaps;
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements/designs in collaboration with product managers and engineers;
  • Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets;
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop;
  • Conceptualising original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks;
  • Create wireframes and prototypes for experiences that will delight users;
  • Portfolio of design projects;
  • Identify what a delightful user experience looks like;
  • Develop user interfaces that are elegantly crafted and feel magical;
  • Learn about user needs, business objectives and technical feasibility;
  • Test your ideas and iterate until they’re excellent.

Requirements:

  • Good time-management skills;
  • Portfolio of design projects;
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders;
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies;
  • Ability to use Wireframe tools;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Curiosity, self-starter;
  • Note: this is an entry level position;
  • Full-Time position(s) available;
  • Building apps that respond to the natural human thought process;
  • A team player but can work independently too;
  • CSS;
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in UX/UI design is required;
  • Experience with caching frameworks such as Redis, Memcached, etc;
  • 4+ years experience in design, preferably with a creative or marketing organization.
