Our company is looking for a Associate – Digital Delivery to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develops specific, standardized procedures to achieve digital delivery requirements and deadlines;
- Organises own and others work to achieve set deadlines;
- Attends / Leads client meetings;
- Takes accountability for own and subordinates work;
- Collaborates/communicates with other disciplines regarding digital delivery issues;
- Berecognised as an expert inArchitectural digital delivery;
- Revit Certified Professional certification required within 2 years ofcurrent version;
- Determines solutions, methods and procedures on assignments to deliver digital products & services;
- Review and approve the information produced on projects against the Architectural Practice’s digital delivery baseline;
- Determines solutions, methods and procedureson assignments to deliver digital products & services;
- Understanding of predictive analytics and how it can be applied in architectural design;
- Must be proficient in Navisworks Manage;
- Manages BIM model QA/QC checks on projects according to established and company standards to ensure accuracy and quality of discipline models;
- Must be proficient in BIM360;
- Ability to shape and steer digital Architectural practice delivery.

- Extensive project experience and understanding of the design process and interfaces between design disciplines;
- Be recognised as an expert in Structural digital delivery;
- Must be proficient in Navisworks Manage;
- Manages BIM model QA/QC checks on projects according to established and company standards to ensure accuracy and quality of discipline models;
- Must be proficient in BIM360;
- Ability to write/review scripts and recognise opportunities to develop them in order to improve efficiencies;
- Ability to shape and steer digital Structural practice delivery;
- Excellent Time Management skills and constantly seeks to streamline processes and procedures to increase quality and efficiency;
