Responsibilities:

  • Auditing, independent review and compilation of financials statements according to IFRS for SMEs;
  • Risk management;
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen;
  • Be involved in the financial management of clients;
  • Monitoring and evaluation of performance in relation to budget;
  • Audit assignment budget planning and management;
  • Contribute to development of staff;
  • Leading the team at the client in the absence of the director;
  • Ensuring that you meet the minimum billings hours as per the company standards;
  • Candidate to have strong technical skills;
  • Ad hoc Responding and dealing with client queries, work in progress, and general planning;

Requirements:

  • Overtime will be required from time to time to meet client deadlines;
  • Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles;
  • A keen eye for detail;
  • Experience in providing financial advice;
  • Qualified CA;
  • Still in Audit environment;
  • CA(SA) + 1 year post article experience;
  • 3-5 years experience in an Audit Manager Capacity;
  • Articles Completed at a Reputable Firm;
  • Be involved in the financial management of clients;
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen.
