Our company is looking for a Construction Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented;
  • Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks through out the Company;
  • Prepares, supervises and approves the development of the project;
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project;
  • Monitor and report to Project Manager of project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner;
  • Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members.

Requirements:

  • Large Site Piping Construction/Engineering Projects;
  • Construction Management experience;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience;
  • Diploma in a mechanical field;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • BSc/BTech degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field;
  • 5 years experience in Project Management;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • Construction in the Coal Mining Environment: 5 years (Preferred);
  • Reside in Mpumalanga;
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
