Our company is looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Filing tax returns;
  • Paying accounts on behalf of the organization;
  • Preparing trial balances;
  • Performing other duties as required;
  • Preparing financial reports;
  • Depositing money received by the organization;
  • Preparing cash flow statements;
  • Support US payroll and ensure our HR systems are up to date;
  • Handles cost center related expenses: Remittances – SSS, PHIC, HDMF & MESALA,
  • Identify and address account discrepancies;
  • Reimbursements (representation),
  • Monthly reporting;
  • Increase productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements;
  • Month-end accruals,
  • Record Bank Statements and ensure properly reconciled transactions every month.

Requirements:

  • Must be self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail;
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in finance/accounting or audit;
  • Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Payroll Staff or a similar role;
  • Financial Analysis;
  • At least with 2-3 years of working experience;
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping financial procedures;
  • Financial modelling;
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work;
  • Financial Statement Analysis;
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment;
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software and/or other financial tracking systems preferable (i.e. QuickBooks/Xero);
  • Must have strong MS Excel skills;
  • Work experience in A/P or GL is an advantage;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
