Our company is looking for a Head Of Revenue to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving and monitoring the development and implementation of pricing strategy across distribution channels for managed properties;
  • Monitoring revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth;
  • Overseeing the revenue team and revenue streams;
  • Ad hoc duties related to other indirect revenue drivers in property management division;
  • Managing owner relationships and building close rapport with property owners;
  • Overseeing and managing villa listings on online travel agency platforms including signing up new distribution agents/channels;
  • Identifying, developing and executing growth strategies to achieve overall revenue targets;
  • Continuously monitoring competitors’ activities and reviewing pricing strategy to maximise the value proposition of the distribution channels;
  • Monitoring the processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to conversion;
  • Conceptualising and execution of new initiatives;
  • Establishing monthly and annual revenue targets, including revenue forecasting;
  • Providing training and mentoring the team;
  • Liaising with other departments (Partnership, Marketing, Reservations, Concierge) to ensure revenue channels are maximised;
  • Providing assistance in tech projects management, when required.

Requirements:

  • Business acumen;
  • Strong numerical and critical reasoning skills;
  • Experience in a prior leadership role or managing a team is preferred;
  • Minimum with Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years of working experience;
  • Passionate and able to deliver exceptional results in work;
  • Fast learner with attention to detail;
  • Great interpersonal skills;
  • Self-starter, a true team player, able to work in fast-paced environment;
  • Hardworking and agile;
  • Highly organised;
