Our company is looking for a IT Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational activities, including user requests and system improvements;
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
  • With strong verbal/written communication and negotiation skills;
  • Manage several projects concurrently (multi-tasking);
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation;
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget;
  • Has knowledge in tracking project cost, scope, and quality;
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
  • Experienced in coordination with foreign and local clients;
  • Has knowledge in Agile and Scrum methodologies;
  • Provide timeline and budget reports to Clients;
  • Knowledgeable in project management;
  • Manage key deliverables/tasks with internal team;
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of work experience in an IT Project Manager role;
  • Certified Scrum Master;
  • Must be able to schedule in MS ProjectÂ;
  • Can write/format/proofread documentation, write/summarize MOMs, create presentations, etc.;
  • Ability to research subjects, with a commitment to provide continuous improvement;
  • 7 years experience in the IT field, 4 years of solid PM work;
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or any related course;
  • Ability to work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations in a logical manner;
  • Impressive communication and social skills;
  • Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
  • Willing to learn new skills (i.e. analysis), able to adapt to new processes and changes in directions quickly;
  • 5-8 years experience as a project managerÂ;
  • Good English communication skills – verbal and written;
  • Bachelor’s degree holder of any course from an accredited university or college, preferably, IT-related course;
  • Must have run projects using Agile methodologyÂ.
