Our company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create business opportunities/ sales strategies to get more clients;
  • Monitor project statuses on a day to day basis and coordinate with clients;
  • Negotiate and close deals through outbound calls;
  • Provide good customer service addressing issues/problems of the customers;
  • Manage to plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies and plans to achievebusiness targets;
  • Act as Liaison Officer between accounts and production pertaining to all projects and activities;
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop new prospect leads;
  • Create and follow-up proposals sent to clients;
  • Generate more sales and leads through persistent cold calling to meet monthly quota;
  • Represent our business in a professional manner at all times;
  • Maintain sales activity records, reports and follow-ups for management.

Requirements:

  • Have basic understanding of web design and web development;
  • Must be able to multi-task;
  • Courteous, conscientious, professional in both presentation and appearance;
  • Dynamic people-person with cultural sensitivities;
  • With working experience in any sales related field is required for this position;
  • With IT background is a plus;
  • Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills;
  • Internet savvy;
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively in both an individual and team environment with minimal supervision;
  • Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision;
  • A goal oriented, self-motivated person that demonstrates integrity and pays close attention to detail;
  • Excellent public relations and interpersonal skills;
  • Confident disposition with a solid communication skill (Tagalog / English);
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office.
