Our company is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Capital expenditure;
  • Looking after the cost centre;
  • Budgets;
  • Reconcile income statements;
  • To act as a role-model and demonstrate and work to JAC’s values, standards and SOP’s;
  • Develop expertise in multiple solution areas or practices;
  • Independently collect, validate, analyze, and synthesize data to support engagement objectives;
  • To qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing;
  • Prepare and deliver succinct, clear, and insightful and influential executive-level presentations;
  • Source, develop and manage candidate relationships;
  • To work with colleagues to ensure the maximum opportunity to generate revenue is achieved;
  • Participate in Knowledge Management activities as directed;
  • You will provide feedback to the project manager promptly highlighting any potential issues to allow a pro-active solution to be offered;
  • You will assist clients to re-engineer their business processes and build a strong relationship with your clients;
  • To write and place professional and effective job advertisements to attract candidates.

Requirements:

  • Ability to reflect on one’s own work as well as the wider consequences of financial decisions;
  • Organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines;
  • Advanced excel knowledge;
  • Teamworking ability;
  • Business acumen and interest;
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field of Auditing;
  • Knowledge of IFRS 17 (highly advantageous);
  • Ability to travel at least 70%
  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines;
  • At least two years experience in working within the recruitment industry and within the specialist field;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work through complex and unstructured problems;
  • Good grasp of Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/Economics/Science or its equivalent. Advantageous to have MBA or other relevant Master’s degree;
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
