Our company is looking for a Trainer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Needs Analysis;
  • Ongoing Refinement of the Training Systems and Processes;
  • Monitor employee performance and response to training;
  • Training Design and Module Development;
  • Have agility to comprehend new concepts, content, and processes and convert knowledge into effective training programs and materials;
  • Design training materials and conduct training for new hires;
  • Amending and revising training as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment;
  • Language Training Class facilitation;
  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses in each team;
  • Refresher Training;
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement;
  • Provide train-the-trainer sessions for process specialists and team leaders;
  • Designing effective training programs;
  • Measurement/Evaluation of trainees.

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of course development software;
  • At least 2 years of experience in Communication and/or Culture Language training ideally in a BPO company;
  • Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard is a plus but not required;
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM);
  • Willing to work long hours, and occasional Saturday shift;
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools;
  • Flexible with working schedules;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas;
  • Proven experience as a Trainer for 3 to 5 years;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Working experience in instructional design;
  • Exhibit competence on communicating, facilitating and presenting training-related functions to different audiences;
  • Graduate of any four-year course;
  • Organizational and time management abilities.
