Account Support Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Account Support Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry;
 - Answer phones and respond to customer requests. Provide customers with appropriate product and service information;
 - Maintain security and privacy;
 - Recognize and alert supervisor to trends in calls;
 - Assist in on the job training for new associates, as required;
 - Identify, research and resolve customer issues using the appropriate system;
 - Recommend process improvements;
 - Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved to ensure resolution.
 
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills;
 - Typing 45 wpm;
 - Ability to prioritize and learn quickly in a production based environment;
 - Must have good analytical skills;
 - Must have good English reading comprehension;
 - High school diploma/GED required;
 - Possess sense of urgency while being able to focus and pay attention to detail;
 - Must be able to sit for long periods of time;
 - Ability to adapt to constant changing processes and tasks;
 - Must be able to retain focus and perform repetitious tasks effectively;
 - Basic computer skills (MS Office);
 - Must have good interpersonal skills.
