CSG Salesforce Admin and Developer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a CSG Salesforce Admin and Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the investigation and study of requirements or technical issues in relation to Salesforce apps, and ultimately suggest and/or implement solution;
- Create and maintain technical documentation in collaboration with other members of the technical team (designer, architect, et. al.);
- Collaborate and communicate effectively to ensure alignment within Customer Service Group and with other teams;
- Work with developers from other adjacent applications and systems for integration tasks;
- Perform system configurations and object customizations;
- Manage workflows, triggers, and data validation;
- Perform tasks with focus on quality, timeliness, and excellent customer service;
- Assess business requirements, provide assessment, and perform administrator and developer tasks required for the project;
- Proactively suggest and recommend technical solutions to business needs and requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any IT related course;
- Has experience with coding in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning;
- Collaborative, open-minded, and willing to learn;
- Has minimum of 2 years experience in Salesforce integration, APIs, DocuSign, and other similar systems and applications.
