Our company is looking for a Room Attendant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be environmentally aware;
  • Vacuum rooms and corridors;
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships;
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation;
  • Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Restock and maintain trolley on daily basis;
  • Carry out lost property procedures;
  • Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines;
  • Dispose of waste accordingly;
  • Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms;
  • Resolve any guest issues promptly and successfully ensuring follow up and excellent communication at all times;
  • Maintain communication with other departments, in particular front office and maintenance;
  • Support the emergency evacuation, safety and security of guests at all times;
  • Assist in ensuring a smooth check in and check out process;
  • Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and support when they arrive and depart the hotel.

Requirements:

  • The job requires Female applicants only;

  • Ability to work on their own or in teams;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Excellent grooming standards;
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience is required for this position;
  • Candidates must have at least Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate;
  • Minimum of 1 years working experience is required for this position.
