- Professional food handling including buffet and guest service;
- Active support with deliveries and loadings;
- Implementation of our quality standards in the galley;
- Cooking at the highest level, at all sections and according to specified recipes;
- Co-responsible for compliance with all HACCP requirements;
- Relieving the Executive Chef.
Requirements:
- EU passport;
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position;
- Professional knowledge of the tools and functions in the galley;
- In-depth knowledge of the menu and all food items;
- Completed apprenticeship or specialized training as a cook;
- Leadership skills, team work and expertise;
- Professional communication skills in English and / or German.
