  • Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies;
  • Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans;
  • Develop financial and tax strategies: Efficient cost and tax structure;
  • Manage the capital request and budgeting processes;
  • Manage the accounting, compliance, tax, and treasury departments.
