HR Cum Admin Job Description Template

Our company is looking for a HR Cum Admin to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • To settle site worker’s resignation / termination exit;
  • To conduct induction for new staff;
  • To assist General Manager task such as preparing monthly wages entry records and documentations;
  • To monitor daily attendance of all staff;
  • To initiate and request HODs to carry out Training Needs Analysis (TNA);
  • To promote harmonious working environment (e.g: sports club, monthly outing etc.);
  • To record and submit report on staff leave and attendance;
  • To act as the point of contact regarding government legistation issues, e.g.:- Myeg, Immigration, Labor office, EPF, LHDN, Socso and etc;
  • To handle site worker’s disciplinary matters;
  • To ensure the Quality Management System conforms meet requirements of International Standard;
  • To assit in renewal of employee and site worker’s permit / CIDB cards or other construction passes;
  • To monitor Site Supervisors to carry out worker’s training;
  • To maintain site workers record, e.g.:- personal particular employment pass and etc;
  • To prepare, implement, monitor and maintain ISO quality procedures of HR department;
  • To update employee handbook as when required.

Requirements:

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills;
  • At least 4 years of management experience in HR;
  • Be able to communicate well with visitors, staff, and suppliers;
  • Must be self-motivated with ability to multi-task and manage time well;
  • Computer Literate;
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills;
  • Highly computer literate and knowledgeable in HR software;
  • Must be well versed with Employment Act;
  • MIN Bachelor’s Degree in HR field;
  • Have good skills in inter-personal able to communicate with all levels;
  • Degree / Diploma in Human Resource and any related discipline, STPM or equivalent;
  • Knowledge in administrative activities and internal control policy and procedure;
  • Present a personable and professional manner;
  • Minimum 1 year or working experience in the related field.
