Our company is looking for a Sales Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation;
- Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and generate referrals;
- Analysis local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads;
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs;
- Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media channels;
- To assist in updating and maintaining accurate account profiles in the database system;
- Drafting Proposals and designing Artworks;
- Interested in selling, responsible to develop sales potential;
- Ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory guidelines;
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs;
- Registering and networking with entrepreneurial institutions and bodies;
- Assisting with the promotion of the company’s products/services;
- Call on comapnies;
- To source, secure and develop business opportunities for the company’s range of products;
- Demonstrating and presenting products.
Requirements:
- Must be able to do own estimates / quotes;
- Proven history of acquiring new business via direct sales model across enterprise technology customers;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree or equivalent;
- Preferrably someone with sales experience in the Real Estate industry;
- Excellent at building rapport with customers;
- Very good interpersonal skills;
- Business Correspondence;
- Pleasant and bubbly personality;
- Good presentation skills;
- Preferably with driver’s license;
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field. ( Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, Mass Communication);
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales;
- Male/Female;
- Ability to work with data, analyze promotions, and work on range reviews.
