Senior Executive (Steam Engineer) Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Executive (Steam Engineer) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- To present and assist during CF Renewal by DOSH inspection;
- To monitor utilities complex boiler water quality and work closely with Site Water Specialist;
- Reporting to Shift Supervisor and taking urgent act in order to ensure steam boiler and steam turbine operation in safe condition at all time;
- Assist shift supervisor in preparing and issuing permit to work (PTW) of block field B500;
- To support Condensate Polishing Unit (CPU) and Nitrogen Plant operators during start up and shut down period;
- Support utilities Production Planner in term of nomination planning;
- To plan, start and operate boiler and steam turbine based on BPC Verbund (integrated) steam demands;
- To check and raise notification on boiler’s and steam turbine’s defects and to follow up the maintenance plan timely.
Requirements:
- Steam Boiler Grade 2 is a must;
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.
