Sales Support Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Sales Support Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to pricing inquiries concerning address conflicts;
 - Submit requests for access pricing refreshes;
 - Manage activity within Salesforce ticket-tracking system;
 - Build preliminary sales order forms for certain requests;
 - Prepare and scrub/clean address information for quotes in Microsoft Excel;
 - Track service-only upgrade order forms to ensure they are processed through all internal departments;
 - Submit locations and bandwidth requirements for access pricing.
 
Requirements:
- Possesses strong math and problem solving skills;
 - Data analysis;
 - Sales and Marketing Knowledge;
 - Pays close attention to detail;
 - With at least 2 years work experience in sales or finance sector (experience in FMCG industry is a plus);
 - Can work well with a team;
 - Demonstrate the ability to think both analytically and creatively, and manages time efficiently;
 - Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting Management, Business Management or Business Administration;
 - Microsoft / MS Excel;
 - Data Interpretation;
 - Communicates clearly and effectively and is able to create and conduct presentations when required;
 - Presentation Skills;
 - Demonstrates proficiency in the use of MS software and applications, knowledge of MS Navision is a big advantage;
 - Problem Solving.
