Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with key stakeholders;
  • Accurately document and update records and databases in accordance with prescribed formats and required systems;
  • Pricing and quotes;
  • Maintain diplomacy and tact when dealing with upset or escalated calls;
  • Performs and manages other duties as assigned;
  • Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement;
  • Verifies and updates customer information, responds to queries and resolves issues;
  • Knowledge of company processes such as case handling, touch-back, follow-through, escalation and troubleshooting;
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows Word, Windows Excel), search engines and social media sites;
  • Ability to diagnose simple to complex technical problems and know how to find support and assistance;
  • Ability to create, move, download, upload, organize files and folder on a computer and on network drives and cloud;
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
  • Provides comprehensive and professional customer support to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Knowledge of customer related processes on key digital channels such as SNS, Email, SMS, Chat;
  • Handle inquiries from HappyFresh shoppers and riders.

Requirements:

  • Must be detail-oriented;
  • Basic Computer Skills;
  • At least high school Graduate;
  • Excellent English communication skills;
  • Good English communications;
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, holidays and weekends;
  • undergrad/highschool grad/vocational grad are welcome to apply;
  • At least high school diploma;
  • Takes pride in their appearance;

  • Able to work on cyclical shifts, holidays and fast-paced environment;
  • Familiarity with ABS-CBN artists, shows, films, and competitor’s programs preferred;
  • Proven customer support experience;
