Our company is looking for a Data Entry to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Remain up to date with all employment policies and procedures;
  • Effectively contribute to a positive team environment;
  • Carry out all tasks as directed to by the Broadcast Media Manager;
  • Ensure all the quality control data is entered accurately into the system;
  • Assist in the training of current and or new quality control specialists if asked to do so by the Broadcast Media manager;
  • Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety Rules;
  • Ensure you have all the required equipment and knowledge to start and perform your job on time;
  • Checking overall quality of recorded media;
  • Maintain the standard of equipment requiring attention and or replacement;
  • Advise the Broadcast Media Manager if for any reason there delays to you performing your work;
  • Perform daily quality control checking of audio and video content as instructed on the broadcast portal;
  • Manage and carry out the data backup procedures as instructed;
  • Attend all meetings as required;
  • Alerting IT to quality issues in recorded media;
  • Meet the required KPI numbers in relation to the number of radio and television stations quality checked daily.

Requirements:

  • Must be organized and systematic in handling multiple tasks;
  • Any Age;
  • Internet savvy;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree;
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service;
  • Customer Service;
  • How to produce and submit reports as instructed;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Data Encoding / Data Entry;
  • Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City , in a midshift;
  • Good Typing Skills (at least 35WPM);
  • Experience with Travel account is an advantage;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Highschool Degree or Higher;
  • Candidates must have strong attention to detail and can work well under pressure.
