Executive, Client Service Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Executive, Client Service to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of company’s product offering and be able to advise clients accordingly;
- Stay updated with company’s products and industry offerings;
- Coordinate campaign with Sales and Trading department to ensure timely fulfillment of campaign and determine the best utilization of resources;
- Create and maintain trackers to assist in providing campaign progress to client when necessary.
Requirements:
- Can work with minimum supervision;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Applications such as Word and Excel;
- Good interpersonal skills and can articulate well;
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree;
- Good time-management skills;
- Patience and able to handle pressure;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Creative thinking with active problem solving skills;
- Willing to work in Quezon City and Ortigas sites;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint will be good to have;
- Excellent communication skills (Filipino and English) both written and oral;
- BPO or Call Center experience is a plus;
- Fluent in English.
