Our company is looking for a Guest Care Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and responding to inquiries, complaints, special concerns and requests about the Georeserve experiences;
- Coordinating with on-site team on guest details and needs for daily operation;
- Operating the georeserve’s online reservation system;
- Facilitating our payments process, computing fees and following up with guests;
- Communicating to and servicing a diverse set of guests through different channels (mostly through e-mails, phone calls and mobile messages);
- Monitoring end-to-end guest experience from reservation to post-visit.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of the English and Filipino language;
- Firm with policies and rules of the organisation;
- Willing to explore a variety of projects and tasks;
- Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills;
- Keen to learn more about environmental conservation or sustainable tourism;
- Can handle both happy and difficult customers;
- Superior interpersonal relations skills;
- Adept with handling payments, numbers and details;
- Strong empathy and service-orientation attitude;
- Can work independently and confidently with minimal supervision.
