Our company is looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team.


  • Carry out administrative functions on renewal of license,etc;
  • Work closely with HR Shared Services on payroll related matters;
  • Responsible in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, Payroll & Salary Management, and Staff Movement related to HRD activities;
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and filing;
  • Handle disciplinary issues and grievances of employees of business units to ensure issues are being resolved fairly;
  • Provide employees with interpretation and guidance in relation to policy and procedures;
  • Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the business;
  • To maintain and process data derive from performance appraisal for yearly salary review , bonus, promotion and transfer purposes;
  • Provide guidance to employees of business units on HR policies and practices;
  • Manage manpower budget and plan for hiring needs for business unit;
  • Coordinate in-house training programmes;
  • Support the half-yearly performance management review process for the business unit;
  • Support with talent review process for the business unit;
  • Provide advice and solutions on general HR operational and employee relations issues;
  • Attend to labour office, and other relevant government bodies.


  • A hands-on person that is proactive, driven and resourceful;
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent;
  • Positive working attitude;
  • Strong in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin as this position requires to communicate with Chinese speaking associaties;
  • Degree in any related discipline;
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Independent team player with ability to multi-task;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
  • Full-Time position(s) available;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
