Our company is looking for a Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining clear & accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes;
  • Coordinating the proper allocation of human resources;
  • Driver’s license is an advantage;
  • Assisting with administrative tasks for all company entities;
  • Supporting company entities with sales order & purchase order processing & tracking;
  • Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports;
  • Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues;
  • Assisting with daily bookkeeping tasks;
  • Assisting with the management of daily operational activities;
  • Liaising with customers & suppliers regarding orders to ensure a smooth delivery process;
  • Housekeeping Experience is an advantage;
  • Coordinating internal project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted timelines;
  • Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner;
  • Ability to cooperate and communicate with people at different organization levels and within multi-disciplinary teams;
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Ability to anticipate potential problems, risks, then take actions to mitigate setback and risks;
  • Highly proficient technical writing capabilities;
  • Problem Solving;
  • Proven analytical abilities e.g. process, data, system;
  • Incident, change, problem, configuration and process management programs and/or project management;
  • Decision-Making;
  • Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • organizing and planning;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance;
  • Extensive experience with data visualization and presentation;
  • University Degree or equivalent education;
  • Sales and Marketing Knowledge;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
  • 8-10 years’ of work experience as an IT Professional;
  • Vendor performance management including KPI-driven activities.
