Our company is looking for a Payroll Personnel Manila to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Attends to queries and concerns of employees regarding payroll and salaries;
  • Processes timekeeping/attendance of employees using HRMS;
  • Medical and dental reimbursements;
  • Prepares and computes annual withholding/income tax returns and alpha list 1604CF and BIR form 2316 of employees;
  • Prepares contracts and appointment papers of employees; contractual, probationary, regular and promotion;
  • Prepares and computes last pay of separated employees and certificate of employment;
  • Computes and prepares a variety of employee compensation and benefit packages Allowance (per diem) of employees detailed to other branches;
  • Processes payroll of employees using HRMS system, computes earnings and deductions of employees;
  • Detail allowance;
  • Prepares and computes 13th month pay and incentive pay;
  • Transportation expenses.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must possess a degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent.
