Responsibilities:

  • Accurate capturing of invoices and remittances;
  • Deal with all service providers in a professional manner (e.g. Doctor’s needs and preferences);
  • Assist with stocktake;
  • Perform creditor reconciliations, including resolving reconciling;
  • Capturing of payments;

  • Stationery ordering and control.

Requirements:

  • Accuracy of work;
  • Gr 12 with Accountancy and Mathematics;
  • Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office {Excel, Word;
  • Willingness to work overtime from time to time and to go the extra mile;
  • 2 Years previous experience in a similar position will be an advantage;
  • Sound interpersonal relations;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Meeting deadlines;
  • Assertive presence.
