Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at establishment and location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization.

Our company is looking for a Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email;
  • Perform any other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, faxing and e-mailing;
  • Answering of busy switchboard;
  • Ensure the Front Desk area is kept clean, presentable and in an orderly manner at all times;
  • Responsible for the balancing of their cash fund daily – shortages are the individual’s responsibility;
  • Assisting business owners with any queries;
  • Maintain reception area so that it is tidy at all times;
  • Telephone Etiquette and/ or Customer Service related training;
  • Order water, coffee, chemicals,stationery and other office essentials;
  • The incumbent is required to operate within the policies and procedures of Interfront;
  • Any other ADHOC duties;
  • Setup and synchronize company calendar, meeting and leave;
  • To monitor the cleanliness of reception area and meeting rooms;
  • Booking of boardrooms;
  • Researching and booking travel arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Computer Literacy / Basic Computer Skills;
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers);
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Presentable (Professional) Appearance;
  • Very well spoken;
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • With excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed especially for serving guests;
  • With at least 1 year of work experience as Receptionist or any related work experience such as Customer Relations, Coordination, and Administration;
  • Valid drivers licence and own transport essential;
  • Graduate of Business related course;
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience;
  • Display professionalism as frontliner;
  • Communication skills.
