Responsibilities:
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints;
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;

- Processing customer’s requests;
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints;

- Communicating with customers through various channels.
Requirements:
- Willing to work night shift;
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field;
- Must be sharp and aggressive;
- Fresh graduates are always welcome to apply;
- Excellent English, Spanish communication skills;
- Computer-literate with at least 35wpm typing skills;
- Customer service account experience is an advantage.
