Our company is looking for a Technical Support to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting technical training towards customers and BLÜCHER coworkers;
 - Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings;
 - Meeting with technical consultants and architects to get specified;
 - Aligning with the company’s global sales strategy and targets;
 - Arranging customer meetings to introduce new products and solutions;
 - Promote company services and products to clients;
 - Handle all client questions, complaints, requests, and feedback in a polite way;
 - Making sure that the most urgent issues are worked on immediately;
 - Advising customers of new technical updates and products;
 - Troubleshoot and report client needs to Data Outsource team;
 - Availability to travel 40-60 days yearly;
 - Sourcing new potential customers and maintaining regular contact with existing customers;
 - Putting together technical proposals and tender documents;
 - Providing internal technical support to the global sales team;
 - Keeping up to date with competitors’ activities and technical features.
 
Requirements:
- Preferably with working experience and knowledge on ISO 27001 ISMS standard;
 - At least high school Graduate;
 - Basic Computer Skills;
 - Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in IT/Computer – Hardware or equivalent;
 - Ability to impact technical knowledge to end-user;
 - At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
 - Familiar with SSL VPN’s, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting;
 - Functional knowledge of Android operating system;
 - Familiar with IT Service Desk/ Help Desk ticketing systems;
 - Completion of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any IT- Business related course;
 - Ethics – Treats people with respect; Keeps commitments; Works with integrity;
 - Possess excellent customer relations, negotiation skills and computer literacy;
 - Meeting deadlines;
 - An ability to prioritize and delegate tasks;
 - A technical, logical thought process.
