Our company is looking for a quality control staff to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assists and/or trains operators on part visual acceptability, and measurement and process procedures as required;
- Visually compares work pieces against one another to assess/detect manufacturing variations in processes;
- Reports quality problems or findings to Quality Control Manager and follows up to ensure that corrective action has/will take place;
- Performs verification on Incoming, In-Process, and Outgoing products.
Requirements:
- Quality Assurance;
- Safety and Sanitation;
- Experience in wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage;
- Problem Sensitivity;
- Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies;
- Raw and Packaging Materials Evaluation;
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Staff or similar role;
- Attention to detail;
- Inventory Control;
- Record keeping;
- Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach;
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Quality Assurance, Logistics, or any related field.
